• Rho → $1,000 bonus. We tried a couple of the startup banks and Rho is the best. Cards & Spend Management

• Ramp → $250 bonus. Corporate cards + expense automation + cashback on all your expenses. Make AP easy and lets you assign card-per-vendor.

Payroll & People

• Gusto → $100 bonus. U.S. payroll. This is what we use at Kepler. Easy to set up, recommend without hesitation.
• Deel → $500 bonus. International contractors / employees. The standard if you're paying anyone abroad.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Attivo → Deferred billing + monthly cap. I talked to all the startup accounting firms (Pilot, Kruze, etc), but Attivo has the best all-around combo of pricing, service, and customization. Every other firm is missing something: they won’t run payroll; they won’t handle taxes; etc. Attivo does everything and just get stuff done. They’re also very personable: you get your own senior accountant assigned to you in a Slack channel and can ping them whenever you have a question or need anything. → **Email me ([email protected]) and I’ll put you in touch directly with their onboarding person who will get everything sorted for you. T**hey will do deferred billing until your raise is complete, and also offer a monthly cap on accounting costs until after you have 3x $50k ARR customers.

Compliance
